RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Bowtch, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you experience an issue with your item, we're here to help.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If your product develops a manufacturing defect or quality issue within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping costs.

If the issue occurs within 14 days of delivery, we will still replace the product, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

We are unable to offer replacements for quality-related issues reported more than 14 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
